Standard shipping takes 1–3 business days after processing. €5 for orders under €150; complimentary for orders of €150 or more.

UPS / FedEx Express shipping takes 1–3 business days after processing. €12.90 for orders under €200; complimentary for orders of €200 or more.

All US orders are shipped with duties and taxes included, so there are no additional import charges upon delivery.

Hong Kong UPS shipping requires 3-4 business days, after processing. HK$750 or Free on orders HK$5,000+

All Masarà orders are dispatched from Italy.

• EU customers: No additional import VAT or customs duties apply.
• U.S. customers: Orders are shipped via UPS on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Duties and taxes are included in the price paid at checkout.
• UK customers: Depending on the order value and applicable regulations, VAT may be charged at checkout or import charges may be requested before delivery.
• Canada customers: Import taxes and carrier clearance fees may apply and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When payment is required, the courier will contact you before delivery.
• Australia customers: Orders with a customs value of A$1,000 or less generally do not incur duties, taxes or clearance charges at the Australian border. Orders over A$1,000 may be subject to GST, customs duties and clearance charges.
• Other non-EU customers: Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or carrier clearance fees. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility. When applicable, the courier will contact you before delivery.

Returns within Italy are complimentary. For orders within the European Union, return shipping is arranged and covered by the customer.

For orders outside the European Union, returns must be arranged and shipped at the customer’s expense with duties and customs charges prepaid (DDP). Exchanges are not available for orders outside the EU.

Refunds are processed within 10 - 14 business days after we receive and verify your items.

You can choose between:

• Refund to original payment method
• Refund as store credit

Shipping fees and duties are non-refundable.

Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery.

• Italy customers: Free exchanges.
• EU customers: Exchange shipping handled by the customer.

Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and verified.

All returns are reviewed individually and handled at Masarà’s discretion, with the goal of providing a fair and seamless experience for our customers. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to be eligible for a refund.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or future orders in cases of potential misuse of our policy, including excessive or unreasonable return activity.

If a refund is approved beyond 30 days from delivery, or when a proof of purchase is not available, the refund may be issued as a Masarà gift card or in accordance with applicable local regulations.
