It is possible your order gets cancelled due to inventory selling out during high season.

Italy Standard shipping requires 2-3 business days, after processing. €5 or Free Standard Shipping on orders €150+

UPS Express shipping requires 1-3 business days, after processing. €12.90 or Free Express Shipping on orders €200+

Europe Standard shipping requires 2-6 business days, after processing. €5 or Free on orders €150+

DHL Express ships in 1-2 business days. All duties & taxes included. $30 or Free Express Shipping (DDP) on orders $450+

UPS shipping requires 3-4 business days, after processing. $40 CAD or free on orders $650 CAD+

Hong Kong UPS shipping requires 3-4 business days, after processing. HK$750 or Free on orders HK$5,000+

Australia Standard shipping requires 3-4 business days, after processing. AUD $60 or Free on orders AUD $650 +

All Masarà orders ship from Italy.

• Non-EU orders may incur import duties, taxes, or fees, which are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

These charges are collected by the carrier upon delivery.

• U.S. customers: All shipments are carried by DHL Express Delivery Duty Paid. Taxes and duties are included in your order.

• Australia customers: A standard rate for custom duties of 5% is applied to the value of most general cargo over AUD $1,000. Goods And Service Tax (GTS) of 10% is always applied on the value of your order.

EU customers: No additional VAT or duties apply.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

For hygiene reasons, please try swimwear over your underwear.

You can request a return directly from our Return Portal.

EU customers can choose between:

• Masarà-handled shipping (€10) – fee deducted from refund.
• Self-shipping – you handle shipping and €3.50 service fee applies.

Non-EU customers must handle return shipping with prepaid duties; otherwise, duties will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and verify your items.

You can choose between:

• Refund to original payment method
• Refund as store credit (+10% reward, valid 120 days)

Shipping fees and duties are non-refundable.

Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery.

• EU customers: Exchange fee of €5 (covers shipping both ways).
  You’ll receive a 10% reward on your new order (valid 120 days).
• Non-EU customers: Exchange shipping handled by the customer.

Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and verified.

All returns are reviewed individually and handled at Masarà’s discretion, with the goal of providing a fair and seamless experience for our customers. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to be eligible for a refund.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or future orders in cases of potential misuse of our policy, including excessive or unreasonable return activity.

If a refund is approved beyond 30 days from delivery, or when a proof of purchase is not available, the refund may be issued as a Masarà gift card or in accordance with applicable local regulations.
