If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and start the return procedure. To be eligible for a refund, the product(s) must be in its(their) original condition and must comply with all the product return criteria listed below.
- Not worn except for trying on, please note for hygienic reasons to keep the underwear on while trying on the products. And do not remove the hygienic liner inside the swimwear until you are satisfied with your purchase.
- The product(s) must not have been washed.
- The product(s) must not have been stained and/or damaged.
- The product(s) must have its (their) original tag(s) attached.
- The product must be returned in its original outer and inner packaging.

Remember to include your order number as reference and a short note for your return.
www.masaramilano.com doesn't take responsibility for packages lost in transit and doesn’t cover for shipment costs, taxes or duties.
Once masarà receives and inspects the returned product, in case the return product criteria are respected you’ll receive notice by email and you’ll be refunded for the purchase price, minus shipping costs, within 14 days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. The moment you can see the refund on your balance account may vary upon your financial institution.
Shipping costs, taxes and duties are never covered or reimbursed.
1. The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to ask for the return of the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
2. For our Local Customers (City of Milano) that need to change size and/or color of the same product we offer the possibility to exchange the product via local delivery and pick up service and it's free of charge.
If you live in Milan and you need to initiate an exchange please write an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll be happy to help you find a replacement upon stock availability. In case the new size/color you need is not available you can choose another option of the same product category or initiate the return&refund process.
