Ordering

Orders placed Monday to Thursday are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed on Friday or at the weekend ship within 2 business days from the Monday.

Delivery time is on top of that — see Shipping and delivery below for your country.

Once an order is placed we can't change or cancel it ourselves. Write to ciao@masaramilano.com as soon as you can and we'll do what we can before it leaves.

In high season an order can occasionally be cancelled if the size sells out before we pack it. If that happens you're refunded in full.

The address can't be changed after the order is placed. If you've made a mistake, write to us straight away and we'll try to catch the parcel before it ships.

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves us. If it hasn't arrived within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then write to ciao@masaramilano.com.

Shipping and delivery

Standard shipping, 1–3 business days after processing.

€5 — free on orders over €150.

Standard shipping, 2–6 business days after processing.

€5 — free on orders over €150.

No import VAT or customs duties within the EU.

UPS or FedEx Express, 1–3 business days after processing.

€12.90 — free on orders over €200.

Standard, 2–6 business days after processing: €5, free over €150.

£15 — free on orders over £200.

Import duties, VAT and clearance fees are not included. UPS will contact you to collect them before delivery.

UPS from Italy, 4–6 business days after processing.

$15 — free on orders over $250.

Duties and taxes are included at checkout, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.

Express, 3–5 business days after processing.

C$20 — free on orders over C$350.

Import charges are not included. The courier will contact you to collect them before delivery.

Express, 3–4 business days after processing.

A$15 — free on orders over A$350.

Orders under A$1,000 generally clear without duties or GST. Above that, import charges may apply and the courier will contact you.

UPS, 3–4 business days after processing.

HK$750 — free on orders over HK$5,000.

Every Masarà order is dispatched from Italy.

EU — no import VAT or duties.
United States — shipped duty paid. Everything is settled at checkout.
United Kingdom — VAT may be charged at checkout or collected before delivery, depending on order value.
Canada, Australia and other non-EU countries — import taxes and clearance fees may apply and are not included. The courier contacts you before delivery.

Returns and exchanges

Thirty days from delivery to request a return or an exchange.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with the original tags and packaging. For hygiene, please try swimwear over your underwear.

If you have an account, request it from your account page.

If you don't, use the return form.

Italy — returns and exchanges are free.
Rest of the EU — return shipping is arranged and paid by you.
Outside the EU — returns are shipped at your expense with duties prepaid (DDP). Exchanges aren't available outside the EU.

Processed within 10–14 business days of us receiving and checking your items.

You can choose a refund to your original payment method, or store credit.

Shipping fees and duties are not refundable.

Available within 30 days of delivery, free within Italy, at your cost elsewhere in the EU. Processed once we've received and checked the original item.

Returns are reviewed individually and handled at Masarà's discretion. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition to be refunded.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or future orders where our policy is being misused.

A refund approved beyond 30 days, or without proof of purchase, may be issued as a Masarà gift card. See our Returns & Exchanges Policy and Terms and Conditions.

Sizing and fit

Measurements and international conversions are on the size guide.

Coco tops and bottoms — true to size.
Penelope slip — runs a little large. Between sizes, size down.
One-pieces — if you're taller than 1.75 m (5'9") or have a long torso, consider sizing up.
Sarongs and headbands — one size, they tie to fit.

Take your pre-pregnancy size until the third trimester, then size up.

Products and care

Everything in swimwear and beachwear is 78% ECONYL® regenerated nylon and 22% elastane.

Some of the lighter colours have a slight sheerness when they're soaked. Everything in Cherry Blossom Pink is fully lined at the front so it stays opaque.

No. That's deliberate — no padding means it dries quickly.

Hand wash only, in cold water with a mild soap.
Rinse thoroughly so no soap is left in the fabric.
No bleach or harsh detergent.
Don't leave it soaking — it damages the fabric.
Dry flat in the shade. Direct sun fades the colour.
No tumble dryer, no iron.

Joyful Tees

Relaxed fit in organic cotton, XS to XL. Take your usual size, or size down if you like a tee closer to the body.

Joyful Tees are printed for you once you order, so they arrive in their own parcel, separately from the rest of your order. Shipping on the tees is free worldwide.

Because each tee is made to order, we can only accept returns on tees that arrive faulty or incorrect. Write to ciao@masaramilano.com with a photo and we'll sort it.

Payments

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

You can use a gift card whatever its value. If it covers less than your total, you pay the difference at checkout. If it covers more, the remaining credit stays on the card for next time.

Promotions and discounts

Each promotion states its dates, the items it covers and the discount. Unless we say otherwise, offers run while stock lasts and can be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Sale pricing applies only to items marked as on sale.
Sale items can't be combined with other promotions or codes.
Final Sale items can't be returned or exchanged.
We don't make price adjustments on past or future orders.

One code per order.
Codes usually expire 30 days after you receive them.
Not valid on sale items, gift cards, taxes or shipping.
Refunds reflect the discounted price you actually paid.

Eligibility is based on your order total before tax and shipping. If you return part of an order and the new total falls below the threshold, the gift's value is deducted from your refund. Gifts are available while stock lasts and can't be exchanged.

Taking part in a promotion may mean sharing your email or location. We use it only to fulfil your order, in line with our Privacy Policy and Terms.
