Returns & Refunds Information

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return it.

To be eligible for a full refund, your item(s) must be:

  • Unworn (except for trying on) - for hygiene purposes, please keep the underwear on while trying on the products.
  • Unwashed
  • Unstained and undamaged
  • With all original tags attached
  • Returned in its original outer and inner packaging
RETURN AN ORDER

To initiate a return and exercise your right of withdrawal, please email us at ciao@masaramilano.com with the following information:

  • Order number (as a reference)
  • A brief note about your return

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Masarà is not responsible for packages lost in transit while under the care of the shipping carrier.

Please note: Masarà does not cover return shipment costs, taxes, or duties.

REFUNDS

We'll process your return within 10 days of receipt and issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

While we don't offer direct exchanges at this time, we can help you get the perfect fit! Simply return your original item using our return process, and then place a new order for the desired size or style.
