Shipping Information

All Masarà orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Rome, Italy. You'll receive a tracking number within 24 hours of your order being processed.

Estimated Delivery Times

European Union (EU):

  • Standard Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Free shipping on orders over €150
  • Flat-rate shipping fee of €5 for orders under €150

United States (US):

  • Standard Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Free shipping on orders over $300
  • Flat-rate shipping fee of $20 USD for orders under $300

Rest of the World:

    • Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination.
  • Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.  


Import Duties and Taxes

For orders outside the EU, please be aware that you may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in the order total.
