Shipping policy

All Masarà orders, excluding Joyful Tees, are dispatched from our partner warehouse in Italy. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing. Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch and may be slightly longer for remote destinations.

  • €5 for orders under €150
  • Complimentary shipping for orders of €150 or more

France

  • UPS Express shipping: 1–3 business days
  • €12.90 for orders under €200
  • Complimentary shipping for orders of €200 or more

Greece

Standard shipping:

  • Delivery in 2–6 business days
  • €5 for orders under €150
  • Complimentary shipping for orders of €150 or more

UPS Express shipping:

  • Delivery in 1–3 business days
  • €24.90 for orders under €200
  • Complimentary shipping for orders of €200 or more

United States

  • UPS shipping: 4–6 business days
  • Please allow one additional business day for remote areas

All U.S. orders are shipped via UPS on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis. There are no additional import charges upon delivery.

If you receive a payment request from UPS, please contact us and we will take care of it.

United Kingdom

  • UPS shipping: 2–6 business days
  • £15 for orders under £200
  • Complimentary shipping for orders of £200 or more

VAT, duties and carrier clearance fees may apply depending on the order value and applicable regulations. Any import charges not collected at checkout may be requested by UPS before delivery.

Canada

  • Express shipping: 3–5 business days
  • C$20 for orders under C$350
  • Complimentary shipping for orders of C$350 or more

Import taxes and carrier clearance fees may apply. When payment is required, the courier will contact you before delivery.

Hong Kong

  • Shipping: 3–4 business days
  • HK$750 for orders under HK$5,000
  • Complimentary shipping for orders of HK$5,000 or more
  • Import duties, taxes and carrier clearance fees may apply.

Australia

  • Express shipping: 3–4 business days
  • A$15 for orders under A$350
  • Complimentary shipping for orders of A$350 or more

Orders with a customs value of A$1,000 or less generally do not incur duties, taxes or clearance charges at the Australian border. GST may be charged at checkout where required under Australian regulations.

Orders over A$1,000 may be subject to GST, customs duties and clearance charges. When applicable, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and the courier will contact the recipient before delivery.

Rest of the World

Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination and will be displayed at checkout.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and carrier clearance fees.

Duties & Taxes

All Masarà orders are dispatched from Italy.

European Union

No additional import VAT or customs duties apply.

United States

All orders are shipped via UPS on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Duties and taxes are included in the amount paid when placing your order.

United Kingdom

Depending on the order value and applicable regulations, VAT may be collected at checkout or import VAT, customs duties and carrier clearance fees may be requested by UPS before delivery.

Any charges not shown as included at checkout are the customer’s responsibility.

Canada

Import taxes, duties and carrier clearance fees may apply and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. When payment is required, the courier will contact the recipient before delivery.

Australia

Orders with a customs value of A$1,000 or less generally do not incur charges at the Australian border. GST may be charged at checkout where required.

Other Non-EU Destinations

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes and carrier clearance fees determined by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated at checkout. When payment is required, the carrier will normally contact the recipient before delivery.

Masarà is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures. We recommend checking your local customs authority’s requirements before placing an order.
