Shipping Information

All Masarà orders ship from our warehouse in Italy. You'll receive a tracking number within 24 hours of your order being processed.

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing.

Estimated Delivery Times

Italy:

  • Standard Shipping: 1-3 business days
  • Free shipping on orders over €150
  • Flat-rate shipping fee: €5 for orders under €150

 

France:

  • Express UPS Shipping: 1-3 business days
  • Free shipping on orders over €200
  • Flat-rate shipping fee: €14.90 for orders under €200

 

Greece:

  • Standard Shipping: 2-6 business days
  • Free over €150
  • Flat-rate: €5 for orders under €150
  • Express UPS Shipping: 1-3 business days
  • Free over €200
  • Flat-rate: €24.90 for orders under €200

 

Rest of Europe:

  • Standard Shipping: 2-6 business days
  • Free shipping on orders over €150
  • Flat-rate shipping fee: €5 for orders under €150

 

United States:

  • Orders are shipped from Italy via UPS courier.

    Shipping is $15 for orders under $250 and complimentary for orders of $250 or more.

    All US orders are shipped with duties and taxes included, so there are no additional import charges upon delivery.

    Estimated delivery time: 4-6 days. +1 day for remote areas.

 

Canada:

  • Standard Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Free shipping on orders over $350 CAD
  • Flat-rate shipping fee: $40 CAD

 

Hong Kong:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days
  • Free shipping on orders over HK$5,000
  • Flat-rate shipping fee: HK$750

 

Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days
  • Free shipping on orders over $650 AUD
  • Flat-rate shipping fee: $60 AUD 

 

Rest of the World:

  • Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination.
  • Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.  

 

Duties & Taxes

United States

As of May 2026 all U.S. orders are shipped via UPS courier.

Your Masarà arrives at your door in 4-6 business days. Duties & taxes are covered.

If you receive any payment request from UPS, please contact us and we’ll take care of it.

Please note: As of August 29, 2025, the U.S. has suspended the $800 de minimis exemption. This means that all imports are subject to duties and import fees.

Masarà ships on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis.


International (Non-U.S.)

For orders shipped outside the EU, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and additional fees. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in the order total.

    • Masarà is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees.

    • Payment of any duties, taxes, or import fees is the responsibility of the customer and will be collected by the shipping carrier (e.g., UPS, DHL) upon delivery.

    • We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on applicable duties, regulations, and estimated charges before placing your order.
