Pre-order Terms and Conditions

 

1. PRE-ORDER CONDITIONS 

 1.1 These are the terms and conditions under which "we" (the Vendor) provide "you" (the Customer) with pre-ordered products.

1.2 A pre-order product is an item that we have not in stock at the time of your order and you have the opportunity to place your order for it before the product is available.

 

2. PROVIDING PRODUCTS

2.1 AVAILABILITY
When you place your order, the expected date of delivery of the stock to Masarà is displayed on the product page and in the order confirmation. The dates may change due to delays on the part of suppliers and force majeure factors not under the Vendor's control. In these cases you will receive an e-mail notification.
 
2.2 SHIPPING DATES AND POLICY
Once we receive the stock from our supplier, your order will be processed and shipped within 24/48 hours to the same address you provided at the time of your order, we cannot change the delivery destination address according to our shipping policy.

 

3. PRICE AND PAYMENT

3.1 The price is displayed on the product page and in the order confirmation.
3.2 Full payment will be required when you check out.
3.3 If you choose Klarna as your payment method at check out, Klarna's terms will apply. 

 

4 TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT

4.1 CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND
You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. To request a return/refund once you have received your product, please send an email to ciao@masaramilano.com, Our return policy applies to pre-ordered products.
